Track Order

Want to know where your order is? Here's how tracking works at Han & Ann.

 

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update after you receive it, so please allow a little time before checking.

 

Order Timeline

 

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. You can find full details on our Shipping Policy page.

 

Check Your Order Status

 

If you created an account at checkout, you can view your order history and status anytime by logging into your account. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link in your confirmation email.
